Processing time
Due to the small batch handmade nature of our watercolor paints, and the drying process, please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for processing.
Shipping
We ship out 1-2 days after an order is processed(see above). Please refer to our front page top banner for our current processing time, and to any special/custom order processing time noted in the listing's page.
We ship via USPS, tracking will be sent when shipping label is created. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for lost and stolen orders and for damages while in transit. If this happens, please reach out to USPS.com
