Liability Waiver for In-Person Classes

We're here to risk fun and learn a lot about painting! However we don't want to risk legalities against each other.

Since this is an in-home class, by checking the box on the booking form, you (the student, and parent of the student for minors) agree to the following:

I Assume all risks associated with my participation and presence on the property.

I hold harmless the Instructor, Penpal Press LLC, Property Owner, and Hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in class or presence on the premises.

If I require medical treatment, I agree to be finacially responsible for any costs incurred.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

I agree that I must inform the Instructor, Penpal Press LLC, at least 24 hours in advance of rescheduling or canceling a booking time (this can be done by link through my booking email). Same day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the class cost (or $40). Now Shows will result in a charge of 100% of the class cost, due to the set up costs and time held for me. 

I will notify the instructor as soon as possible over genuine emergencies, and the instructor may be able to waive the reschedule fee/now show charge on a case-by-case basis.
